Cooperate = co+operate =operate together
It means "working on something already made together".
For example : a complicated machine or a big event
You have your part,  they have their part, together you can do something bigger.

Collaborate means we share the same goal and try to make something new happen.
For example : writing a song, making a record album or designing a new machine

2.
(X) He is very cooperated.
(O) He is very cooperative.

這細微的差異，用中文來解釋比較有效。

Cooperate有「配合」的意思。如你要加班，配偶即使不能在工作上幫助你，但能做家事等等，配合你的工作，令你能專注工作。這就是cooperate.

Collaborate則是合作的意思。例如一篇論文是兩個人合作寫成的，即可用collaborate.

Cooperate的形容詞是cooperative，所以應該用cooperative。

Cooperative means he or she is working with you
Collaborative means a group of people working together

It should be "He is very cooperative."

Grammar  -->  I don't want you to...
Fluency --> Don't just be cooperative, ...
         --> Not just be cooperative, ..
         --> Not just cooperation, ..
         --> Not only cooperation, ..

I actually expect you could be more collaborative.

Grammar  --> I actually expect you to...  c̶o̶u̶l̶d̶
Rule: Do not put multiple verbs in one sentence without separation.
Fluency --> I actually expect you to be more collaborative.
            --> I expect that you could be more collaborative.
            --> I wish you could be more collaborative.
            --> I expect collaboration.

Ray, that sounds very Chinese.
If you have to use 'only', in English it should be: "I don't want you to only be...  "
Not '..only to..'.

You don't need 'that' in the sentence.
If you use 'not only' in your first sentence, it makes more sense to come with 'but also' in your next line.
Which is:  "(but) I actually expect you to also be collaborative."

You probably are influenced with Chinese sentence patterns so you added many words that are not necessary. However, it does take time to make your English smoother and more fluent.
